Shahriar Ahmad Akhavan Tafti
Shahriar joined the lab as a rising senior at Kalamazoo College, where he is majoring in Computer Science with a Neuroscience concentration and a minor in Psychology. Bringing a diverse background spanning material research, physiological studies, and tech startup experience, he adds a unique flair to his roles. Outside the lab, he is down for almost anything, from playing a few rounds of volleyball to having discussions about consciousness over some tea.
